Are we seeing a slow down?
It’s time for things to start to cool down isn’t it? I hope the weather does soon. It’s been a HOT summer! The same can be said for the real estate market of course, but unlike the temperatures, we are starting to see some signs of cooling off. I’m talking mid 80’s as opposed to mid 90s so the market is still hot, just not burning.
