A few days ago I had a conversation with a friend how we couldn’t believe that summer was almost over. Since then, it’s been over 90 degrees most days. It sure doesn’t feel like it’s coming to an end. I think the same can be said with the recent real estate boom that we’ve been experiencing over the past couple years on the Outer Banks. Just when we think it’s over we see a couple listings go under contract with multiple offers! But just like the summer we know that the OBX market can’t keep the pace of the past couple of years.
