Two weeks ago, we had a typical Outer Banks March day...at 10:30 Saturday morning it was almost 70 degrees. Then the storm hit with wind gusts over 40mph, so it felt like a summer storm. By 10 pm it was snowing with temps below 30! I always laugh when people get excited about the clock “springing” forward and talk of warmer weather.
