Happy Halloween! It happens every year, and yet every year it's still a surprise...so hard to believe it's already almost November! And as always, we haven't even gotten to Thanksgiving, let alone Halloween and the stores are already overflowing with Christmas decorations!
So where does the OBX Real Estate market stand as we head into the Holiday's? We don't love to look at stats from the overall market because they can be misleading but they can be useful to get a general sense of the local market.
